Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Kicksta.in ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

The service

Kicksta.in sells social media growth services, such as followers, likes, views, comments and similar, for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. Other platforms may be available on request. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those platforms.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it.

Orders and delivery

  • Each service shows its price per 1,000, minimum order and, where offered, its refill period.
  • Profiles and posts must be public. We never ask for your password.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Start times and speeds can vary.
  • Results can drop over time. Where a service includes a refill, we top up drops within the stated refill period.

Wallet and payments

  • You pay in Indian rupees by UPI. Wallet top-ups and order payments are confirmed once we verify the transaction.
  • Wallet balance is for use on our services and is not withdrawable as cash.

Refunds

If an order cannot be delivered, we will refund the unused amount to your wallet. Once an order has started it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded. Open a support ticket if something is wrong and we will review it.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to promote content that breaks the rules of the relevant platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

No guarantees

Platforms change their rules and systems, and outcomes vary. We provide the services as described but cannot guarantee specific results or that your account will not be affected by platform decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
