How it works

1. Send your detailsYour order link or username, the quantity still pending and the amount you paid.
2. We open a ticket and your accountYou get two emails: your sign-in details and your ticket confirmation.
3. We reply in your ticketUsually within one working day. Replies are also emailed to you.

Your account is created on our shared customer platform (indiagram.in), so one login works for every store in our network.

Submit a support request

If you do not have an account yet, we create one and email a temporary password. You choose your own password the first time you sign in.
